Retirement community residents, I've got the best e-bikes for your community behind me. Stick around to see them.
All right, so I'm Dustin. I have nearly 20 years of experience in the bike and e-bike industry, and if you're living in a retirement community, I've got the best e-bikes and e-trikes for you behind me that I want to show you how they're going to be awesome to get around in your over 55 retirement community. Now, before I get into it, hit that subscribe button below. Stay in touch with us here at Sixthreezero. Be the first to know about all the new content we're putting out, giveaways we do, and of course, new product releases. All right, so as I said, I've been in the bike and e-bike industry for over 20 years. I've also done test rides with hundreds of riders over the age of 55 that are living in retirement communities. So I have firsthand experience seeing what bikes, and e-bikes are well-suited for these communities, and you can check out more of these videos on our YouTube channel.
So if you want to go to our YouTube, well, you're on our YouTube. If you want to go to the playlist, check out more videos with seniors, over 55 riders. There are tons of videos there. Now I've got four bikes and e-trikes behind me that are great, great for retirement communities to get around to the pool, shopping, activities, the banquet hall, the community center, you name it. So I'm going to get into each of them and I'm going to start down here with our two-wheeled e-bike that I think is great. And then we've got three electric trike options that are great as well. So follow me over here to the two-wheel bike and we'll start there. All right. Now before I get into it, all these products are going to be linked to the descriptions, so if you want to check that out, you can navigate over to the website to see more of the specs.
And of course, there are more videos on each of these on our channel. If you go to our channel and search for the name of the product, you'll see tons more videos. So right here we have our simple step-through e-bike. This is the lowest step-through e-bike that you're going to find on the market. Now you're going to see other e-bikes out there with smaller wheels, different configurations. They are not going to have a lower step-through than this e-bike right here. The reason is we've dipped the frame below this crank. Normally the frame can go no lower than the crank. We've dipped it lower, which allows for this easy step through here of only 13 inches. So if mounting and dismounting is something that you're concerned about or you have arthritis in your hips, your back, or your knees, that may prohibit your leg from going too high, this is a very easy step through.
In a lot of these e-bikes, the bars may be too high and you have to try to whip your leg over the top. Don't do that. That's not safe. I don't want to see anyone in a retirement community having to struggle that much to get their leg over. This is an easy step through right here and you can slide right onto the e-bike. Makes it so safe, so easy to ride. Stopping and starting is very simple and safe and just pull your leg through here. This is a 500-watt rear hub motor, so you're going to reach speeds of up to 20 miles an hour with just the throttle and 28 miles an hour with pedal assist. So there's going to be more than enough power. So you have the throttle option, the pedal assist option, or the cool thing, you have seven speeds. So you can ride this like a normal bicycle.
You can ride around town, you can shift, you can do whatever you see fit. It's just cool that you have those ranges in gear. A lot of e-bikes don't have that. They either have seven speeds or they have them configured in a way where it's very difficult to pedal. We've configured it in a way where level one's going to be easy, level seven's going to be a little bit harder, but it's a great gear ratio, especially for riders over the age of 55. Pedaling won't be too difficult, but you'll still get assistance. It's a lot of fun and it rolls real easy. So 500-watt rear hub motor, and a 10.4 amp hour battery in the back here, you're going to get a range of up to 50 miles. Now it's a big range because it depends on the weight of the rider. It also depends on how you're using it.
Are you using the motor, the throttle a lot? Are you using the pedal pedal assist a lot? Or are you riding it like a bike? The more that you stay in a lower-level pedal assist, the more range you're going to get. The more you use the throttle, the less range you're going to get. Now the other benefit is the ergonomic upright riding position. Also four custom adjustment points. You can raise and lower the seat, tilt the seat, raise and lower the handlebars, and tilt the handlebars. Now this is important for the over 55 community as I've seen because you want to be able to dial in this bike specific to your body. If you need to adjust to make it more comfortable for your shoulders, for your wrists, for your elbows, and back, that option is available to you, which is so great about the simple step through.
And on top of that, we've got three colorways. This navy, there's a black and a teal. They're cool. Again, linked in a description. You can find them on our website as well. You also have the rear rack on here and we have custom bags that match these so that you can take things with you like your water bottles, towels, and anything else that you're riding to in your community. And the cool thing is about the color coordination of the bags. You can find those on the product page as well. So if you're looking for a two-wheeled option and you're still comfortable with that, this is one of the best options for retirement communities for over 55 riders because of how low that step-through is and of course the comfortable riding position. Now let's move on to our e-trikes. All right, now getting into our electric tricycles, I noticed with a lot of riders over the age of 55, over 60, maybe haven't been on a bike for a long time, and they get on and they have balance issues and they can't believe that they do.
It's been so long since they've been away and that's okay. The great thing now is there are a lot of options with three wheels that can take you just as fast and just as far as a two-wheel option. And you can see here we've got three e-trike options. Now starting here, this is our Sixthreezero EZ Transit. This is a great electric trike. If you want something for indoor and outdoor use and you also like something that can navigate through tight spaces but still has power, this has 750 watts of power. So riders up to 400 pounds can be accommodated by this e-trike. It also can take you up to speeds of 16 miles an hour, ranging up to 50 miles as well. Again, the same thing with the range depends on the usage of the throttle and the pedal assist, and the regular bike also has seven speeds here.
So again, if you want to mix up your use case and you're using throttle while you're indoors in tight spaces, but you're outdoors riding, you've got the seven speeds, you can ride it like a normal bike. It's so much fun. Now, cool thing, same four levels, four adjustment points. You also have this easily adjustable up and down with the handlebars here. This e-trike can accommodate riders four nine to six foot two. It has a double seat post here so you can bring this up and accommodate even taller riders and all these, don't forget, we've got many other videos on our website. So you can see here, dial it into what works best for you. I can go ahead and get on and you can tilt, bring these handlebars in. You can see how comfortable of a position I'm in. My back is upright.
The beauty of all these is they're designed to have that ergonomic upright riding position and keep the rider in a comfortable position while riding. Now I'll just lower this one down a little bit. Now, the great thing about these for retirement communities is a front and rear basket. Got this huge basket here. Take anything with you, your pool stuff, your towels, your water, your pickleball, bocce ball, anything, throw it in here. And then you still have the front basket for extra storage as well. So front and rear storage gives you a lot of potential. You also have a reverse option on this one. So that's why it's great for indoor and outdoor usage. If you need to be in tight spaces and navigate out, throw it in reverse, and boom, hit that backup.
Front and rear disc hand brakes that stop on an absolute dime. And again, the throttle. So this is a personal mobility device. You want to take it around the community, go in and out of different places, the community center, and never get off it. This can be your all-in-one, get out and about, and great for indoors. Now lastly, it is easy to transport as well. It folds up. You can see right here in the middle. I can go ahead and fold this in half, so it's going to take up less space when you store it, maybe in your house.
Got the pedals stuck there. Just gotta put that back. There we go. And you can see it folds up like so and then brings that back. It's really easy. And the other thing... There we go. And the other thing is the handlebars fold down as well.
Navigating in a little tight space here with these two bikes in the front and behind me. So that's why it's making it a little more challenging for me. And then you've got your handlebars too, so if you do RVing or you do a lot of transporting of your trike, this is an awesome option. Also, if you're looking to replace your mobility device or you need a personal mobility device, this can be that. It can fold up, it can transport easily. It's no bigger than an electric scooter if you have a special lift on the back of your car or you can put it inside of a car as well. So great, great option for the retirement community. So this is your cruising trike. So if you want to take 3, 4, or 5-mile rides, this thing is great for those kinds of rides. It has a 250-watt front hub motor, still up to 15 miles an hour, but this is going to be great for those flat-ground long rides.
Easy. You're going to have the 250-watt motor and again, an ergonomic upright riding position. The handlebar sweeps into your body keeps your back upright and you can take the tension off your arms, your back, and your shoulders, the same great four adjustment points. Now you notice bigger tires, more like normal two-wheel bike tires, I should say. These are going to roll a lot smoother once you get the momentum going. That's why I say this is your cruising e-trike. If you want to go out 1, 2, or 10 miles, keep it in a low-level pedal assist, like two or three. This thing just cruises. It's so much fun. You also have a big basket back here again to store all the stuff if you're riding through the community. You want to be out for an hour, two, or three hours going for those long-distance rides, I love this strike for that reason.
Same thing on the range up to 50 miles, depending on how you ride it. Now the 250 watts of power, the beauty of that, it's a little less power than this. We did that because we wanted to have a higher weight capacity that could navigate on this one. 250 watts can still handle up to 400 pounds. It's just a smoother, more gradual ride. That's why we like it for cruising. This is if you need to get in tight spaces. The power and the thrust are better to have in those situations, but this is lots of fun. You can cruise with the throttle, you can put it in pedal assist, and get your exercise. You still have seven speeds to ride. So if you've had a tricycle or you're looking to get one and you want something that can double as an e-trike and a regular one and when you ride it feels like a normal tricycle, this is a great option for that. And again, a huge basket in the back.
Now we're going to move on to our e-Rickshaw, the final one. All right, so last but not least is our e-Rickshaw. You can see right here, we've got a seat on the back. Now if you live in a retirement community, you want to create jealousy in all your neighbors. The Sixthreezero e-Rickshaw is the bike to have. Now this thing is 750 watts of power, 20-inch by 4-inch rear tires, and 24-inch by 4-inch front tires. You got everything I've talked about before with the throttle, the pedal assist. You can ride it like a normal bike. You have the seven speeds, but you have a passenger seat in the back, right? So you can drive this thing if you want to throw some friends in the back. We've had up to two adults here.
Use the throttle, cruise around the community, and take people to your pickleball games, and to your pool. You name it. On the next edition, on the website, you'll see it has a basket underneath so you can store things under there while you're riding. You have a seatbelt back here as well. Strap in for safety. If you have a partner, you want to alternate, one person wants to go for a ride while the other one just enjoys the scenery. Or if you have a partner that maybe has mobility issues, but you still want to experience rides together, put them on the back and you can ride and drive and you don't have to even do the work if you don't want to. Use the throttle or put it in pedal assist, the bike can assist, making it easy. And if you check out the other videos on our YouTube, you're going to see other riders over the age of 55 using this and driving each other around and how easy and how mobile this is and easy to navigate.
In addition to that, you can take the seat off. We have a basket option you can purchase as well. So you can put the basket on, you can put the seat on, you name it. It's totally up to you. Also, front suspension forks, front hub motor, and disc brakes that stop on a dime. This thing is so much fun. This can replace your golf cart. This is something you could use every day. Go to the local store, take friends out. I love this e-Rickshaw. And again, you could have this in addition to another e-bike or e-trike and get out and get that exercise and enjoy your community.
All right, so if you live in a retirement community, I've just shown you four great e-trike and e-bike options that I think would work amazing in your community.
