Alaska, and Hawaii are excluded from free shipping.
We will ship to home and office directly via FedEx, UPS or LTL Trucking. The method of shipping depends on the item size and weight. Bicycles, EBikes & ETrikes arrive 80% - 90% assembled, depending on the type and model.
Orders will generally ship within five business days and in most cases you will receive your order in about one week.
For continental USA orders, we will pay to ship your bike to you, and in the case that you wish to return, we’ll pay to have it shipped back to sixthreezero.
Fulfillment & Inspect Fee
A small handling fee is added to each order to support the extra care that goes into your purchase. Every item is carefully inspected for defects, accuracy, and proper operation before it leaves our facility, and then packed using high‑quality materials to help prevent damage during shipping. This fee also helps cover the trained team and processes that ensure you consistently receive your products in excellent condition. Non-refundable.
Shipping Box & Internal Packaging
Bicycles, Electric bikes and Electric Trikes are large, heavy items that ship through third-party carriers. During transit, the outer shipping carton may occasionally show cosmetic wear such as scuffs, dents, compression, or additional tape from handling by the carrier. This is common for large shipments and does not indicate damage to the bike inside.
In some cases, internal packaging materials or protective bags may appear shifted, torn, or opened due to the normal movement and jostling of components during transportation. This can occur as parts settle inside the box during shipping and does not mean the bike has been previously used or returned. All bikes are shipped brand new directly from our warehouse and undergo inspection before being packaged for shipment. We only ship new bikes unless a product is specifically advertised as “Open Box” or “Refurbished.” Because cosmetic wear to the box or movement of packaging materials is common during freight shipment, orders cannot be refused or returned based solely on the condition of the shipping box or internal packaging. We will ensure your bike is in perfect working order and your warranty or return window will not be affected because of box damage.
