Prairie Spirit Trail
Spanning 51.3 miles from Ottawa to Oola, this trail captures the true essence of fall beauty in Kansas. Some of the sights you will witness along the way include rolling pasture hills, roving streams, stunningly hued wildflowers, and a vast surrounding sky. This mostly flat ride makes for a calm journey that almost anyone can enjoy.
The Virginia Creeper Trail
Creep along this 35-mile trail to see some incredible colored leaves. This Virginia trail runs from Abingdon to Whitetop, passing through lush national forests and crossing the famous Appalachian Trail. You can even witness llamas grazing by a stunning river!
Cape Code Rail Trail
Experience fall at its finest as you coast along the cool blue waters of Cape Cod on the 22-mile Cape Cod Rail Trail. You will adore the spectacular ocean breeze and diverse landscapes, including salt marshes, cranberry bogs, and pine tree forests.
Ohio to Erie Trail
This 78-mile trail boasts sensational sights and sounds. It connects the state of Ohio, running from Cincinnati to Cleveland and takes you past farmlands, nature preserves, and lovely regional and national parks.
Delaware River Trail
Running from Philadelphia to the historic battlefields of Valley Forge, this long trail offers you the best of both worlds, from the city to the country.
Towering over 13,000 feet, this trail offers epic views of the breathtaking fall foliage that spans below. The Colorado Trail runs close to 500 miles from Denver to Durango. You’ll want to bring your camera to cover the images of forested mountains.
Great Allegheny Pass
This 150-mile trail goes from Cumberland, Maryland to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and offers stunning views of the natural world.
Farmington Canal Heritage Trail
Enjoy the amazing fall landscapes New England has to offer. This trail spans more than 40 miles from New Haven, Connecticut to Northampton, Massachusetts.
