The ABSOLUTE Lowest Step Through Height of an EBike You'll EVER SEE: Only 8.5" Height Step Over

The absolute lowest step-through e-bike you will ever see. Hey everyone, I'm Dustin. I have nearly 20 years of experience in the bike and e-bike industry, and today I'm gonna show you the lowest step-through height of any e-bike on the market. Right here, I've got the 20-inch e-bike. This e-bike, without a doubt, has the lowest step-over height of any e-bike on the market. You can also see it has this open frame design, which makes the mounting and dismounting super safe and easy because you can step right through the frame. All right, now let's get into it. I got my tape measure here. The step-over height of this frame is eight inches. You will not see a lower step-over height than that. The reason I know this is because the frame dips below the crank. On most e-bikes, the crank is going to be even with the bottom bar here. So you can see it swoop down below. The other thing, too, is that the frame itself is only six and a half inches off the ground. So the reality is you can't have the frame any lower because the pedals will be hitting the ground then. So we've designed this to be the absolute lowest possible step over because we have a lot of customers who want something easy to get on and off of and safe to mount. The other thing is how low the seat height goes. So not only do you have this low step-over, but the seat also goes down to one of the lowest positions you will find on an e-bike.

And the seat is only 28 and a half inches high. So this means riders 4'11 to 6'2 can ride this. So you have an easy step-through, and you can easily sit down on the frame, on the seat. So, if you're somebody who's five feet five one four eleven you have shorter legs, you've been looking for an e-bike, or maybe you're someone with hip problems, knees problems, need something easy to get on and off, or you're just looking for something compact, small, easy, fun to ride, this is a great choice. Now, it's a 500-watt rear hub motor with a 10.4 amp-hour battery. That means you can get up to 50 miles of range and also top speeds of 20 miles an hour. It has a five-level pedal assist option, and it also has a twist throttle you can twist to go without pedaling. And I'll do a demonstration here in a second. You've got front and rear mechanical disc brakes. They stop smoothly and easily. You also have a seven-speed derailleur system, so seven gears like you'd find on regular bikes. Those are nice to have if you want to ride without the motor, or they work nicely in conjunction with the pedal assist level. So if you're at a higher level of assist, it's nice to have this in high gear as well. All right. And you've got the 20-inch tires, which are also small, compact, and the handlebars fold down as well. So it's easy to transport, bring it with you if you want to bring it on a train or you want to put in your car or the back of an SUV, you can fold these down and you can put this down, fold it back up.

All right. I'm going to get my helmet on and take you on a quick demonstration of how it works. All right. So you can see to get on, I just step right through, slide back onto the seat, and power on. Now, the other thing I wanted to mention is the weight of this e-bike. So it is 55 pounds with the battery and 47 without the battery. All right. So you have a nice display here in the middle. Easy to read. You have your controls right here on the left-hand side, your power, your plus-minus for your assist level, and you have a twist throttle. to go without pedaling. So obviously, the real plus here is how easy this is to get on and off with this open low low-step-through frame. Okay, now I'm just going to show you I can twist the throttle, and I'm 230 pounds. It powers me with no problem. I'll go ahead and go down here. So very light, and easy to maneuver. The twist throttle is easy to control as well in terms of how much power you need or don't need. If you notice, I have these mini ape hanger handlebars here as well, which are nice because they can be adjusted for varying heights to come into your body or away from your body. And you also have a quick release here to raise or lower the handlebars to find the perfect height for you. So you would just come up here, and your quick release is here, and you could lower those down. And just find the right height for you.

These can also tilt away from your body or into your body, depending on how long your arms are. So you can get that nice, comfortable upright riding position. Also, you might see the angle of the seat here. I kind of like it that way because I sit back on the seat, but that's also adjustable. You can tilt forward or backward to find the right position for you. So the lowest step through, easiest to mount an e-bike there is.
