E-Bikes & Bikes Customised to You
The Simple step-through a 20-inch fat tire electric bicycle. This electric tricycle weighs 92 and a half pounds. Now, that's with the battery, without the battery, there's a 15-amp-hour battery. You're gonna reduce the weight by 10 pounds. So it's gonna be 82 and a half pounds. If you are looking to put it onto a rack, one thing you have to think about is being able to lift it. The width in the rear is 32 inches. From the front of the tire to the rear is 77 inches. So, with the wheel turned from the front here to the back, it is 72 inches. So it's a step over height here. This is only 10 inches, and you've got an opening here of 11 inches. So stepping on and off and through this trike is so simple and easy. It's exactly why we designed it that way. The cool thing is we've got five custom adjustment points on this trike. The tilting of the seat, raising, lowering of the seat, tilting of the handlebars here, raising and lowering, and then also the tilting and the bringing in of the handlebars right here.
There is a line, but you can see this is just a cap here, so we can bring that up. Okay, now from there, you're gonna have to bring the handlebars up and down just a little bit. So if you want to bring them closer to you like this, you can do that, or you can bring them farther away. The choice is yours. This is a 500-watt front hub motor electric e-trike. Recumbent is awesome for mobility, getting around, and it's very, very powerful. This e-bike can accommodate riders from five feet to six feet four. And I can just bring that back like this. So you can get a range of up to 50 miles, and you can also get top speeds up to 16 miles an hour. You can also climb hills on this thing. It's powerful. Now you have five levels of pedal assist. And when you pedal, the assistance kicks in. Now, if you don't want to pedal at all, you have a twist throttle over here that you can just twist, and it will go. Now, this is a kill switch on your throttle. We've got parking brakes on both levers up here and front and rear disc brakes that can stop easily.
the front handlebars fold down right here. If you should need to transport it in any way, shape, or form, you can go ahead and pop these down, and then you just pop this back in like so. Now, right here as well, you have an adjustable handlebar so you can find the perfect position for you. I chose this as my favorite because it seems to be a little easier to handle. Once you get into it, pretty much a piece of cake. Was it pretty easy? Yeah. All right, so your first adventure on it overall, what do you think? It was wonderful. And this is like another level. Because of the power? And I'm excited to have something a little bit more reliable. The Relaxed body 750-watt, rear mount e-trike with a rear differential. Some of the cool features, before we get into the electronics of this e-trike, are the low step-through and the low seat height. So you can see here the step over height is 16 inches, and the seat in the lowest position is 30 and a half inches.
Pedals on trikes or bikes normally fall right below the seat. With a recumbent style, you're pedaling out in front of your body. The pedals are moved forward 12 and a half inches. Now moving to the rear, we have a huge 750-watt motor that is very powerful. This trike can accommodate riders up to 350 pounds, and it's powerful enough to get those riders up hills. It also has a rear differential. What that means is you're not gonna be powering just one of these rear wheels. You're going to power both of the rear wheels. But in addition to that, when you're taking turns and if the wheels are uneven, it's going to disperse the power accordingly as you corner to ensure greater traction when you're riding. Now you've got your battery right here, is a 15 amp hour battery. So you're going to be able to get up to 50 miles on a single charge. Right here, you have a twist throttle. So if you don't feel like pedaling, you can just twist this throttle. And this trike will go up to 20 miles an hour. So here are your levels of assistance. You have up to five levels of assistance. This message, it's flashing just means that the motor is cut off.
So when you have the parking brake or the brake engaged, nothing will work. When you pop those out, you'll be able to utilize them. So it's a good safety feature to have, especially when you pull the brake and you're riding, to know that the motor will cut out. So you've got your battery life right here, your miles per hour, your odometer. And your pedal assist. Also, you've got three disc brakes on this e-bike. So one on the front and two on the rear. Those are Tektro disc brakes. They stop on a dime. They're great. I'm going to show you braking downhill. This is your derailleur shifter for your speeds. Now, again, this is not related to the motor. This is related to the speeds on the bicycle element. It's called a trigger shifter. You push this to increase this to decrease this kill switch. So if this is pushed out, disengaged, your throttle will not work. If you push it in, that means the throttle will be ready to work. So I'll go ahead and leave it out. One of the cool features is how this trike accommodates so many different rider heights. And it's all in not only the seat, but also in these handlebars.
This style we call a mini ape hanger handlebar. By loosening these two bolts, you can create so many different types of riding positions based on the length of the arms of the rider and the position that you desire for a certain day. So you can have them more down, and you can have them more up. The other cool thing is you also have an adjustment on the frontier, and you would come in here and loosen this. OK, and once that is loose like so, Then you would just loosen this side bolt. Now you've got full flexibility, so you can see if you're a tall rider, you can get these bars very far from your body. If you're a very short rider, you can bring them very close to your body. One thing I want to show you before we get going is that you can shift this down below zero, and now you have a reverse function.
So that's a cool feature to have. All right, we're gonna take on our first hill here. So let's go ahead and do this. Let's use the throttle. Now I'll show you how we can get up here with just the throttle with this 750-watt motor. Now again, I'm 230 pounds. No pedaling is even necessary. Take my legs off if I want. Just relax, and we're still cruising at eight and a half miles an hour. OK, and let's just show you how we can go on to the trails. The 750 watts and then also with having the differential, especially on these kind of trails, it's nice for the added traction. I will do a little throttle only. Little bumpy. But very stable.
