Smallest, Most Power E-BIKE: Check the Measurements on this 750 watt Compact Foldable Electric Bike

Hey, everyone, I'm Dustin, CEO of sixthreezero, and today I'm going to take some measurements of the Zip n' Fold folding electric bike. Stick around.

All right, so I'm going to take the measurements on our Zip n' Fold folding e-bike to give you a sense of how long it is when it's unfolded, and also how compact it is when it's folded. Okay, so let's just first take the total length measurement here, and from the front of the front tire to the back of the rear is 60 ... If you're taking it to the back of the rack here, about 65" long total. Now if you're looking at axle to axle, let's see, right here, that is going to be about 43-1/2".

Your step-over height right here is going to be 17-1/2" at the middle point. From the front of the seat to the handlebars is 20-1/2". The back of the seat is 31", and the middle of the seat is about 27". If you wanted to, from the grip to the front of the seat, that's 25". And let's see, the seat post here, the top of the seat clamp is 30". And if we put the seat all the way down, let's take that measurement right here. That measurement is 33". And let's see, what else can we do? The tires are 20". Now let me go ahead and fold it up. Okay, so folded ... Now let's also just take the measurement for the handlebar, so from the handlebars to the ground ... Oops. That is going to be 47". Okay, so let's go ahead and fold it up now and take some measurements.

Okay. Go ahead and put that down. Now, once it's folded, the top height here is going to be the point of the seat, which is 33". And if you wanted to take the seat out, I loosened it, it's going to be at the top of the seat clamp, which again is about 30", okay? Now let's go ahead and fold this right here, and then from there, this is going to fold nice and easy.

Now you've got this black thing that's where your e-bike can rest when it's all folded. So now in the fully folded position, let's go ahead and measure the width. From the outside of the tires it's 12". Oh, and also we can fold up the pedal right here, like so, so let's measure the full width folded. From about the edge of the handlebars to the edge of the pedal, that's 22". And now the full folded length, which I will measure from the tip of the handlebar up here all the way back ... Oops ... that is going to be 39". So, you'd need 22" wide by 39" to fit it fully folded.

Now you can see if you measure just from here to the back of the tire when it's folded in half, let me give you that measurement, that's going to be 37". So, it folds up compactly, and when you have it now leaning down like this, the top height, let's go ahead and measure to the top of the seat here. That is going to be about 25-1/2", 26", so you can fit this into a very compact space, should you need to. And then folding it back together is quite easy. Just put this like so, clamp that down, put that in place, and bring your handlebars up. Get your wheels straight, clamp that down, and you're back up and riding.
