We're gonna show you the sizing with different riders on the Relaxed Body Recumbent Bike.

Hey everyone, I'm Dustin. I have nearly 20 years of experience in the bike and e-bike industry, and today we've got the Relaxed Body Recumbent e-bike here, and we're gonna show you how adjustable this is for different rider heights. I've got Lisa here, who's five foot four, and I've got Jeff here who's six foot four, and this actually can accommodate riders 410 to six foot four, six foot five, so we're going to show you exactly how you can adjust and dial this into the different body types of riders. Okay, so with the relaxed body, it's going to come with a seat post that is short enough to fit the bottom, but we have the option of a longer seat post, so if you're a taller rider, you can have an extended seat post so we can bring this up even higher. So I think for Jeff, we're gonna give this a try, although you never know. So, Jeff, you wanna go ahead and sit down? So Jeff's six foot four, as I said. That actually may be too high, huh? No? Good? Yeah, it's right there. Good? Yeah. Okay. So now you can see I've got the bolts loose here. And why don't you go ahead and figure out what feels good for you? Probably right there. Okay. We can also raise it if you want. The handlebars? I think the handlebars are good okay so you can see now, here let's get this pedal. Go ahead and put your foot on that.

The other one oh yeah there we go. So you can see he's getting good leg extension in the down position. The bars are in a nice, comfortable spot. Back's upright. Does it feel comfortable? Yeah, it feels good. Let's just show him. Can you take a little just jaunt around the parking lot here? Yeah. Okay. Now, we're not going to use a helmet. Jeff's going to go at a mild pace here just to demonstrate. All right. Why don't you go down here by the cones, there you go. So the beauty of the relaxed body is really how you can adjust it to varying heights. Comfortable bike. All right, so we've got Jeff perfectly dialed in at six foot four. Let's get Lisa on here at five foot four and show you how we adjust for her. Okay, so now we've got Lisa. We put in our shorter seat post and we lowered the seat to the ground. So for her, at five four, we lowered the seat down to 29 inches. So Lisa, if you wanna go ahead and sit down. Okay. And you can see she's getting her feet flat on the ground. Now in the lowest position, her legs have great leg extension. Now we had the handlebars adjusted for Jeff here. Do you like that or would you? No, I think closer to me. Closer to you. Okay, perfect. So loosen these bolts. Okay, pull them where you like them. There we go. So you can see Lisa's got a nice upright back position. The bars come straight into her body.

Arms are relaxed and we're able to adjust perfectly for her. She's gonna take a little trip around the parking lot. I'm gonna get behind the camera here to follow her. Now you could tell with Lisa too that we could adjust lower for a shorter rider because Lisa has her feet flat on the ground. There we have it. Okay, now I'm gonna self-adjust for me as a 5'10 rider. Okay, now I'm just gonna self-adjust myself and find the position that I like. So, pretty sure I can stick with this seat post, and probably put it up here in the highest position. Okay. And from there yep good and you can see I can still get my feet flat on the ground here they put my tape measure down. I like Lisa's position on the bars, but I'm going to raise them just a touch. There we go. Bring my cap down. That's just a decorative cap. And let's go ahead and tighten that. Okay. Make sure these are tight as well. Okay. Put my Allen key down on the ground here. Our display here is just a little bit loose. We'd have to tighten that up. But you can see in the downstroke, I've got a good pedal position. My leg's got a good extension. Let's go for a little ride. I'll just use the throttle here. Okay. Yeah, this is very comfortable So Plain and simple, the relaxed body is adjustable from 4'10 to 6'5. We had Lisa at 5'4, me at 5'10, Jeff at 6'5.
