Passenger Rides on Back of Quadricycle EBike! You Won't Believe What Happens On This 4 Wheel EBike

Taking a passenger on our four-wheel quadricycle today! Stay tuned to see how it goes. Hi everyone, I'm Dustin, and I have nearly 20 years of experience in the bike and e-bike industry. Today, I'm going to take a passenger on the AnyTerrain Stabilized Four-Wheel EBike. We have Colton here, who's six feet two, and he'll be riding on the back. This e-bike is incredibly stable and easy to ride, making it a lot of fun. It features a tilting steering mechanism up front that keeps us very balanced. You can also check out other videos on our YouTube channel to see me riding it around town. The bike has a powerful 750-watt rear-mounted motor and four hydraulic disc brakes (two calipers and four discs) for excellent stopping power.

We're going to have Colton, who's 6'2" and weighs about 185 pounds, ride on the back. I'd say 6'2" or 6'3" is probably the maximum height for a rear passenger, and at that height, only one person will fit. The bike can handle up to 250 pounds on the back, but I recommend a limit of 200 pounds. It's mostly meant for kids, but adults can also ride.Let's do a quick demonstration. Colton, if you could sit down and show everyone how you fit. There's a safety strap here for security. You'll notice he needs to spread his legs a bit to fit the seat, and then I'll hop on. The seat is set low for stability, and you'll see how stable it is when we start riding. We'll take a quick trip down the street. Alright, we're ready to go. We've got our helmets on, and Colton's in the back. I'm going to switch to level five pedal assist.

The e-bike has 16-inch tires in the front and 20-inch tires in the rear, which helps keep more weight on the tilting front wheels for added stability. We're currently at 14 miles per hour, and I'll use the throttle a bit. We have a garbage truck passing by; let's turn to the outside. There's no issue with balance. Colton, how's the comfort level back there? Good? Great! Now we'll ride on the open road. Colton, is it stable? Good! We're reaching 15, 16, 17, 18 miles per hour. I'll slow down a bit for this curve. All four wheels have stayed firmly on the ground. It's a bit cool here in California today. I'm going to make a U-turn and come back. You can see the motor is powerful enough to handle both of us. Colton weighs about 185 pounds, and I weigh 230, so we're around 400 pounds total. On flat ground, we were reaching up to 18 miles per hour with pedal assist.

Oh, there's a car. Let's see how it feels over this bump. The 4-inch wide tires help absorb the shock, so it's not too bad. The hydraulic brakes are very quiet and powerful. If we need to park, we can reverse even with Colton on the back. We also have a parking brake and a horn. There are turn signals in the back to indicate our movements to others. We made it! A short trip on the quadricycle with Colton on the back. He's 6'2" and 185 pounds, and he fit comfortably. I recommend no more than one adult on the back, or possibly two children.
