E-Bikes & Bikes Customised to You
Hey everyone. Peter here at Sixthreezero. Let's make 2023 the happiest year yet.
Okay. You're watching me on your phone. I know that. I don't know how you got here. If you're scrolling through stuff at nighttime or you just have, I don't know, some time to waste or whatever. But I would like to encourage anyone who's watching this and wants to have a better year in 2023 than they had in 2022, is to get off of that phone and get onto a bike or get outside somehow. There's a cliché, but it's true, "Motion is medicine." And it's not just medicine for the body, it's also medicine for the mind and all aspects of your body, how you're feeling emotionally, how you're thinking mentally, your psychological state, as well of course, as your physical well-being.
There are lots of ways to get outside. Going for a hike is fantastic, obviously, just exploring nature or any of your environment. Getting out and breathing the air outside and being in the present moment, seeing things and not going, looking at the past or worrying about the future, but just being there in the present moment, enjoying life. Because right here in the moment, there's just so much to enjoy. I mean, life is amazing. It is. And sometimes it's really easy for us to stray away from that and to forget that, especially in my opinion, on the phones, scrolling through social media, is just an intense amount of negativity there, and there's no reason to open that Pandora's box. There isn't. It's just a habit that we've fallen into, or it's a way to kind of pass the time. But if you want to, I don't know if you're in a funk or if you need to jumpstart yourself, get things going again, it's not going to happen immediately, but, on a bicycle, it can happen pretty fast.
I've always had some of my very, very, very best moments in life getting on a bike. And every time I get on a bike, I'm smiling. And I like to watch when other people are on a bike or a tricycle, they're also smiling, whereas you see people in cars and they're usually flipping people off or something. A little bit of road rage. But anyway, if you're not able to ride a bicycle, you got some balance issues. Or, also if you have some hills that you're going to encounter, that might be too hard for you. I think an e-tricycle is just one of the absolute best ways to get back out there and get your life back. Just start getting up in that upward spiral. Okay? And it's not just going to be your health, it's not going to just be your joints, your cardiovascular system, your lungs, all of that, your muscles. It's also going to be your mind and your emotions, your psychological state, just makes everything better. It's just something that we, as humans, seem that need to do. We got to get outside.
And what's cool is that when you're on a bike, you're just gliding along, you're flying along, you're going faster than you would walk. It's a lot gentler on your body than jogging or running. Also, a lot of people can't jog or run anymore at a certain places in their life, so a bike is a gentle way to go. A tricycle, it's a stable three-point vehicle, so it can balance for you. Then, if you get one with a motor and a battery like this, you can even get assistance. So, I mean, there's just really no reason to not do this to yourself. It's probably the best gift you could give yourself, and that gift that you give yourself is going to go ahead and translate to the whole rest of your life.
It's just, like I said, that little cliché at the beginning, "Motion is medicine." It's a salve for everything, for your mind, your body, your emotions, spirituality, all of that. So I think that I've seen that one of my jobs here is dealing with customer service, and especially during the holidays, as we approach the end of the year and we started to go the new year, it's a stressful time for people. We see it. We know there's a lot of pressure. There are limits on your time. There are deadlines. There are so many things going on. You may have at work, you got your family, you got to get gifts together, parties, functions, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera, go on and on. But you got to take care of yourself, and if you can carve out a little bit of time in your day to get out there, I think on a tricycle's a fantastic way to do it. You're just gliding along.
You're going to have a smile on your face. You're going to be put in that present moment where all those worries and those pressures you start to get perspective on them, they start to shrink down. You start to be able to think more clearly about what's going on in your life and you start to see that, "Oh, this moment right here is just, it's just absolutely perfect and it's beautiful."
