The step-over height of this frame is eight inches. You will not see a lower step over height than that. We've designed this to be the absolute lowest possible step over because we have a lot of customers, and they want something easy to get on and off of and safe to mount. So if you're somebody who's five feet, 5'1", 4'11", you have shorter legs, you've been looking for an e-bike, or maybe you're someone with hip problems, knees problems, needs something easy to get on and off, or you're just looking for something compact, small, easy, fun to ride, this is a great choice. All right, I'm gonna get my helmet on and take you on a quick demonstration of how it works. Oh, it is 55 pounds with the battery and 47 without the battery. There are a lot of e-bikes to choose from these days.
All of them with differing frames, some step through, some non-step through. Now what's the difference?
These are actually the lowest step-through frames of any e-bike I've ever seen. It makes it super easy to get on and off. The difference between a step through and a non-step through, on a typical non-step through, you're gonna have a top tube all the way up here. So that tube is going to be somewhere around 28, 27, 26 inches off the ground. So having the step-through is nice. If you have a top tube at 26 inches high and a step over height of 10 and a half inches, you've got a 15 and a half inch difference, which looks like this much right here. When you get to 16 inches and above, 16, 17 inches and above, that's where more people start to struggle with the height of that tube.
So what is the lowest stepover height? On the 20-inch version right here, it is nine inches, and the 26-inch version is 10 and a half inches.
The reason I know these are the lowest possible stepover heights is that in order to get this low of a stepover height, you have to swoop the frame down lower than the crank. The 26-inch version of the simple step-through is still going to have a lower stepover height because of how the frame comes below the crank. It's a really cool feature. These two e-bikes have the lowest step-over heights of any electric bike that exists. So 16 inches for a step over height is actually right about here. If you're somebody looking for the absolute lowest stepover height, these are them. If you found something lower, let me know, but I'm almost positive there's nothing lower than these two. We also offer a 30-day test drive of your e-bike policy. If you don't love it in the first 30 days, send it back. No questions asked. No money out of your pocket.
