Highlight Reel of BEST EBIKE FOR ARTHRITIS, PAIN

If you've had any surgery, like hip or knee surgery, or if you are dealing with arthritis and it's affected your joint movement, I'm going to show you the e-bike for you. Once you get to be over 60 years old, I think there's just an innate decreased level of mobility that starts to happen with the natural occurrence of arthritis in most people as we age. Starting at the age of 35 and up, our joints just don't move like they used to. This is our simple step through electric e-bike, the best electric bike If you've got sort of arthritis issue, whether that be in your hip, your knees or your ankles, or you've had surgery in your knee, hip, somewhere where you have that restricted mobility, the difference between 10 and a half inches and 12 and a half inches is actually a really big deal. And a lot of people like to do the leg swing over. And now you're talking about getting your leg up a good 30 inches or somewhere around there. What we've actually done here is we've dipped the frame below that point. And so you've created a lower step through than the crank by about four and a half inches. You're not going to see that on any other e-bike out there, a bike, for that matter. This is a unique design, and there's really going to be some limit to how low you can take the frame. We believe that this is about as low as it can go, but you don't want to sink into a couch. So you might find a seat, possibly. I can't imagine there'd be too much lower than this. Because now you're starting to have to squat down to the seat. This is a 500-watt e-bike. It's got more than enough power to get you up hills if you're about up to 250 pounds. You've got the five levels of pedal assist. So you're going to be able to hit top speeds of 28 miles an hour. And in pedal assist and 20 miles an hour using full throttle.

If you're dealing with arthritis or head surgery, it's going to get you where you need to go. If the arthritis affects your ability to turn the pedals, you have a throttle here. You can use that throttle to help you get going. The beauty is use the throttle, get the bike rolling, then start to move the pedals, where that throttle can really be such a big help. This, in my opinion, is the best e-bike on the market if you have arthritis and in any way your hips are limited in their movement, your knees are limited in their movement, and if you look here, the frame actually dips below what we call the crank here. Having that step through if you're dealing with arthritis is going to be key and make it so easy for you to get on and off. And not just easy, but also safe. It has a 500-watt rear hub motor and a 10.4 amp-hour battery. You can hit 28 miles an hour in pedal assist, 20 miles an hour with the throttle. If you were scared to take a bike one or two miles away from your house, you can let the motor do the work, let your body rest. intermittently use the throttle. They can keep your body moving. I've never seen an e-bike that has that, where you pedal backwards to stop.

Now, if you're somebody's that is traveling primarily on flat ground and you're not going at high speeds, you can very easily, what I would say, soften up the brakes, which will make the pulling of the lever much easier by loosening the cable, bring the pads a little bit farther away from the rotor and and it'll make the pulling of the lever easier. Hydraulic brakes will add an additional cost. They can be added to any e-bike or e-trike that's out there. Probably costs in the neighborhood of two to $400 to add hydraulic brakes. Hydraulic disc brakes are more expensive. They do tend to require less pressure from the fingers for the person to pull the brakes. So if you do have really bad arthritis and really bad dexterity in your fingers, hydraulic brakes may be something you wanna consider. Think about what the most important features are to you. And if comfort may be number one, then don't give up on the one where the brakes don't feel right. Because again, you could upgrade to hydraulic or change the lever.
