A great way for someone to exercise, who hates exercise. Hey everyone, I'm Dustin. I have nearly 20 years of experience in the bike and e-bike industry. Today I'm gonna show you the great way to exercise if you hate exercise. All right, now, great way to exercise if you hate exercise, e-bikes. EvryJourney, Simple Step through 26 inches. EvryJourney, Simple Step through 20 inches. Now, let's get into it. So, electric bikes have burst onto the scene and so many people are taking to them and utilizing them to get exercise for transportation and also just to have fun. Now, the reason why they're so great as an exercise tool if you hate to exercise is that, with the motor assistance you can get, you can dictate how hard or how hard you work or don't work when you're out on a bike ride. Now, the one deterrent for some people may be that getting out on two wheels you only wanna ride so far, and then you wanna go home. Now you can push yourself further, use the assistance as you see fit, and it won't even feel like exercise.
Now, I know what a lot of people say out there, oh, e-bikes are cheating and e-bikes aren't exercise. Well, completely not a true statement. Anything moving your body is a win, and anything is better than nothing. So, if you're looking for a way to get your body moving, move your legs, and build your leg strength, electric bikes are a great way to get into exercising either again or for the first time. Now the cool thing is is a lot of e-bikes, like the sixthreezero e-bikes, have five levels of assistance, zero, one, two, three, four, and five. So you can determine how much assistance you get on your rides. One is the least amount of assistance, five is the most amount. So if you go on a ride, you don't wanna do much work, or you're just building your leg strength, have the motor assist you a lot. If you've already built your leg strength, have the motor assist you very little and put it into one. Or if you're on a ride and you just want to take a break and have fun, push the throttle. That's right, e-bikes have throttles. You can press or twist the throttle, depending on which one you have on your e-bike, and you can let the bike do all the work and you can rest your legs. Now, if you want to get some level of exercise, you do have to utilize your legs at some point during the ride.
But having the throttle allows you to intermittently exercise or rest your legs if you need to rest them at any given point. So if you hate exercising, this is a good way to keep yourself engaged, give yourself breaks, and keep your legs moving as much as you see fit. And the cool thing is that I find most people, once they get on an e-bike, end up riding further, they end up using less pedal assist, and they end up getting a good workout. If you don't believe me, there are lots of Facebook groups out there with people talking about how much weight they've lost after they started riding an e-bike. Now, if you have any other thoughts on the topic, please comment below, or if you've lost weight, or you exercise with an e-bike, please comment below and share your stories as well. Or you can always reach out to us at theteam@sixthreezero.com, or call us, at 310-982-2877. If you're looking for a great one for exercise, these are all four great options. And we offer a 30-day test ride on your e-bike policy. If you don't love it in the first 30 days, send it back, no questions asked, no money out of your pocket. In addition to that, we warranty everything for one year.
If anything goes wrong in the first year, we take care of it, parts and labor. Lastly, we have a Facebook group called sixthreezero Pedalers. Join there before you get an e-bike to hear other people's stories about how they're using their e-bike for exercise and how they enjoy it. Then when you get yours, post in the group about your story and make friends. Lastly, we have an app where you can track your rides, and see how many miles you've logged, and it can be a great way to have fun while you're getting exercise. So thanks for sticking around and don't forget, it's your journey, your experience. Enjoy the ride.
