Don't buy an e-bike if the company doesn't offer this. Hey, everyone, I'm Dustin. I have nearly 20 years of experience in the bike and e-bike industry. And today I'm going to tell you don't buy an e-bike from a company if they don't offer this. All right, I've got three e-bikes right here from sixthreezero. Now, this one thing you want or don't want to buy an e-bike from a certain brand if they don't do this is offer warranty and replacement parts. Now I bring this up. We at sixthreezero pride ourselves on this in having parts, getting them sent out, and making sure that if anything ever goes wrong with your e-bike, we can get you the part you need. Now you don't want to invest a thousand, two thousand you know three thousand dollars if the company can't supply you with components to keep you up and riding. Now, It sounds like an obvious thing, but there are a lot of brands out there that don't have an after-sales service department or a warranty department, or they're just not in the business of offering warranty parts for whatever reason it may be.
Also, a lot of them have very short return windows. So if you only have a week or so to test ride your e-bike and then you have to live with it and they don't offer warranty parts, that's going to be a big issue. So check in on the brand that you have. Talk to other people, join a forum, or send an email to the company and just ensure that if something goes wrong, can you get a replacement part. Can you get a replacement battery? Will they be available to supply you with the parts you need in case something goes wrong? Now, again, this is a very large investment, so it's not just about the specs of the product and the performance of the product. It is the brand that stands behind the product. And you want to make sure for years to come you'll be taken care of and you have access to parts and anything else you may need to keep your e-bike running so you can own it for many years to come.
