Now the benefit is you can feel more stable by putting your feet flat on the ground. So when you stop, feet can be flat and you can feel like you have control of the bike. If you're higher up on your toes for a lot of other standard bikes, you may not feel as secure or balanced when you're stopping or starting. So again, low to the ground still get that leg extension when you're riding very very comfortable and safe design which is why a lot of women love this.

Now in addition to that, there are some also other great features, how light it is, and it’s an aluminum frame, it's very very easy to lift up and down this features seven speeds so you have a seven-speed twist shifter up here So you've got one speed for your uphill, seven-speed for your flat ground when you're trying to achieve higher speeds. You've got front and rear handbrakes right here with the calipers. You've got a quick-release front wheel so you can easily take it on and off should you want to transport your bike somewhere, take it with you. You've also got a rear rack here.
