Child Trailer for EBikes & Bicycles: Fit up to 2 Kids in Bike Trailer for Electric & Standard Bikes

Hey everyone, Dustin here, CEO of sixthreezero. Today I'm going to introduce you to the sixthreezero child trailer. Now it's going to initially be available in two colors, the cream and the navy. I've got the cream right here and later on, we will bring in the teal and the matte black. So this is cool. It will attach to all of our bikes and e-bikes and I will show you how to do that here in a second. Now if you want to come and take a closer look here. The cool thing is we've had some nice fine details to this that I think make it look like one of the best child trailers out there. So the cool accented piping here, you've got the 20-inch wheels on the side. This weighs 24 and a half pounds. So lifting it, you know, pretty easy. The width of it from the tire to tire is 29 inches. Let's measure it back here. That'll be more exact. I take that back, it's 30 and a quarter. And top to bottom here, the height is about 36 and a half inches. So the cool thing back here is you've got, this is a little vent to bring air. Now actually back here, you've got storage. So you can open this up and put stuff in the back here. When you're on your rides you can Velcro this back down. So whatever you want to bring with you, wherever you may be going, you've got your taillights here, the nice sixthreezero logo. And then as we make our way to the front here, go ahead and spin this around. This can open up and can be attached back here. And so on the inside here, you can fit two children. The width on the inside side to side is 23 and a quarter inches. And from the top here to the roof is 23 and a half inches. So they would sit in here, put their feet in here. You can strap them in. You can see we've got the nice colored straps as well. And if you want to have them, as I said, open-air riding, you can, so you can do two ways. One, you can leave this on. Right. And so that gives you airflow. This is the actual windshield if you will. So you just drop that down if you want to cover them up or it starts to rain or get cold. That Velcro is on here. Or if you want, you could also bring this up and you could let them just be in the open air as well. Just kind of roll that up like so and roll it all together and let them enjoy the ride that way. Totally up to you.

I just got to roll that a little better. Here we go. Sorry. Okay. Like so. Now, the other thing is you got these side pockets here for snacks. I know how important snacks are on rides because I have children of my own. Now, here's how you install it. So when you come back to your rear axle, if you want to swing around this way, you have an axle nut right here. You would just loosen this. Okay. Okay, so this black piece, which attaches to the axle, is easily removable. And you can leave this on your bike. That's the cool thing. So if you don't want to use the trailer, you can still leave this piece on. So it attaches right here. And then from here, your axle nut will go right on here. Okay. And we'll get that into position. Okay. And then I'll bring in my ratchet. Now we have to keep that nice and parallel. Okay. Let's make sure. So let's hold this up while I tighten it down because I don't want that piece to fall. See how it likes to go down. So let's keep that up. Okay. Okay. Now, once it's on nice and tight, you will bring your trailer over, slip it in, and this pin goes through here like so make sure my holes are lined up there. They are. OK, pop it through. And then on the bottom, there is a little part where the pins lock in. Now, this is your fail-safe right here. So in case this were to come disconnected for any reason, you want to put this around your frame like so. And actually, let's get it away from the disc brake there. And just pop this. In there. And I just got to push that up behind a piece right there. Okay. Now that's attached. All right. Now that's all hooked up. You can go ahead and easily ride and you can see how it turns with you. And it's quite easy to navigate small spaces. I'll even show you right here. You don't even notice it's back there. Now that one's a little too sharp for us, but you get the point. So that's the sixthreezero child trailer. We'll do some other videos later where I put my kids back there and we'll take them on a ride. If you have any other questions at all, please reach out to us at theteam@sixthreezero.com or call us at 310-982-2877. And don't forget, to share your journey or experience. Enjoy the ride.
