Can This 4-Wheel EBike Handle Rough Terrain? The ANYterrain 4-Wheel E-Bike Handles It All

Taking the four-wheel any terrain off-road. Stick around. Hey everyone, I'm Dustin. I have 20 years of experience in the bike and e-bike industry. Today, we're going to take the four-wheel AnyTerrain off-road, and we're giving you a new perspective where you're going to see me from the front. So pretty cool. All right, so this is the four-wheel AnyTerrain. It's a 750-watt rear hub motor. It's got this unique tilting steering in the front end that keeps it incredibly stable. And we got the huge cargo basket in the rear as well. And hydraulic disc brakes. Now, it's linked in the description if you want to find out more about it. And if you want to see other videos of me out riding and other people riding, we've got a lot of videos on our YouTube channel. But today we're going to take on these beautiful trails here in San Clemente, California. I'm just going to show you how these wheels stay on the ground. And how they work exactly is that they can lean, but also if the ground becomes uneven, one wheel can go up, and the other can go down, ensuring that they will both always be contacting the ground. So pretty cool. If you're looking for something stable, a little different than a tricycle, but you want that stability, this is a really cool option. And you can see we got the four-inch wide tires, 4-inch by 16-inch in the front, 4-inch by 20-inch in the rear. And we're going to go ahead and do this. So let's go ahead and get riding, and I'll take you guys along, and you can see just exactly how any terrain performs.

Now you'll be able to see pretty well, like when we go in divots, and we go over that uneven terrain, you're going to see how the mechanism will move and shift. And like I said, ensuring that you're always going to have both wheels contacting the ground at all times. I'll try to even get into some more uneven terrain here up ahead. Let's see. This is a relatively hard pack trail that's relatively smooth, which I've ridden on any terrain, on really bumpy terrain. In general, it's not a really pleasant experience to go on any super bumpy trail. Just, you know, you can feel the vibrations and your whole body feels it, but this is a little bit bumpy, but again, just keep going straight. Now we're going to take on a little bit of a hill here, too. Now, even right there, you can see we went through a little bit of a dip. And even with the lean right, I'm not unstable by any means. So the cool thing about the AnyTerrain is you can take it on any terrain, pavement, or trails, and obviously, with these four-inch wide knobby tires, it can be stable anywhere. And also, I'm switching between using the throttle and using the pedal assist. You know, you can do that at any time. Really up to you how you want to utilize the electric assist. There are some bumps. Almost looks like they just flattened this trail. Feels smoother than it typically is, actually. A little bit of an incline here. No big deal. All right. We can go around this corner, and then let's see where we're at. Oh, here are some good bumps. No, we can, I'll go ahead and turn, let's turn around. Actually, you can go ahead.

We'll go a little longer if it's flat ground. I don't want to go down any major hills for you. So our camera person is riding on the back of the rickshaw. Because what goes up must come down. What goes down must come up. All right, let's just turn around right here. Now you can see the turning radius too. Really quite good. No problemo. Run over a little stick, no big deal. And just for reference, I'm 5'10", 230 pounds. So you can see I've got enough power to get around by not working very hard at all. I mean, I could just be using the throttle completely. And at no point have I felt unstable at all. If I'm being completely honest, this isn't my favorite seat. We do have seats that are better than, you know, just for my personal body type and my liking, not my favorite. How are you doing? I don't know if you guys can see the vista here, but it's beautiful. Really a great place to ride. We are actually by Camp Pendleton, which is, for those that don't know, a huge military base down here between San Clemente and San Diego. Now you can see even there I'm leaning a little bit, right? So again, the wheels stay down. And a lot of this trail is actually leaning to the right, period. All right, and we're back to our starting point. So you can tell all in all, it's really nice for trails. We've got other videos if you want to see me out on the pavement as well. Oh, it looks like we're going to go.

We got other videos of me on the trails, but easy on your body with the four-inch wide tires, it absorbs a lot of the bumps, and so does the front end as well, because of how it moves up and down. It acts as a suspension sort of shock-absorbing fork. So again, looking for something stable, maybe not too fond of e-trikes, this is a great option.
