Bike Cell Phone Holders That We Ride With

Hey guys, Dustin here, CEO of 630. Today I want to talk to you a little bit about cell phone holders on your bikes. And obviously, this is a super important tool in everyone's lives these days. So I've got two cell phone holders I've been using. I will put some links in the bio to the exact ones that I bought, so you guys can get it. These particular cell phone holders, there are actually several companies, I noticed on Amazon, doing the same cell phone holder, so the brand isn't super important. It looks like they're all getting them from similar factories and putting different brand names on them. And these are pretty basic ones. I'd recommend these styles for pretty casual riding. You know, 15 miles an hour, 20 miles an hour or less. If you're going to be doing road biking, anything a little bit more intense and dangerous, there are some more heavy-duty cell phone holders out there, you may want to consider, with more protection.

But again, that also probably comes down to the kind of case you have on your phone, how worried about it you are. I've personally ridden these two bikes, at like over 20 miles an hour. And I feel comfortable with these two carriers working. So I'll just show you how they work if you want to come in a little closer here. So this one's super easy. All you do, literally, is there's a little screw here, no tools are even needed. You just loosen that and then this thing pops off and that's it. And then you just put it back on and then just tighten it down wherever you want it, and that's it.

So it's nice, both of these are tool-less, so makes it super easy. The cool thing on this one is you can tilt it like that. So if you want to put it like this, it's kind of nice, got a little more features. I have the note 10, you would put it in just like this and it sits there. Now this one, I've actually ridden it with it just like that, and it doesn't usually go anywhere if I'm not going over bumps and things. But it's got these rubber bands up here and you pull these up around each corner. The one thing that, it's a little frustrating sometimes, these side things hit your power button and it pops your screen on and off, but generally, it's fine. So there you go. So like that, that thing is not going anywhere. You can turn it and do whatever you want with it, work super good. I like this one, and then you can take your phone off pretty easily.

This one over here, this one's even more, just pretty basic. Yeah, this one doesn't spin at all. So this one's pretty much the same. You have a little ratcheting system here and loosen this knob and then once that's loose, you can pull this off. So that's it, it's basically, like almost nothing to it. And then you just put this in there and ratchet that down and then put this over and turn that on. Remember righty tighty, lefty loosey, and that's it. Okay. And then you just take your phone and this just stretches over it.

So, that's it. Now again, this one's a little bit less to it, but it seems to work. If you want something a little bit more rugged, this one's got both the side clamps and the rubber bands, but for straight simplicity and cost, I think this one was maybe about 10 bucks. Again, I'll put the link in the description, but it works. My thought is super flat, super easy riding, this one's okay. Inexpensive and it does work. If you're going to go a little faster or want something a little beefier, go with the one with the side clamps. And again, both work on all 630 bikes.
