Best Electric Tricycle If You Have Balance Issues - 3 Wheel Bike for Easy Balancing

Hey, everyone. Today, I'm going to show you the best electric tricycle, if you have balance issues. Stick around.

Okay, so a lot of riders have balance issues, I myself deal with Meniere's disease. I get dizziness, I have inner ear problems, and I know there's vertigo that's out there and other balance issues related to so many people. And so, you may come to a point in your life where there are certain things you can't do anymore. One of those included maybe riding a two-wheel bicycle. Well, the good news is that three-wheel bikes, tricycles, and electric tricycles do exist, and they're just as much fun, and they're super easy to ride, and it eliminates the need for balance.

So behind me, I have the sixthreezero EVRYjourney electric tricycle, and I'm going to show you why I believe this is the best electric tricycle if you have balance issues. Now, a couple of things about this electric trike. Now, obviously, with any tricycle that you would ride, you have three wheels. The beauty of having three wheels is you don't have to worry about balance. So at any point, let's say you would have some kind of vertigo attack, or you would get dizzy, or in general, you just have balance issues, the beauty is no matter what, if you're here and on this bike, you're not going anywhere. Now, you can see, you can rock a little bit, and if you were to have an issue, again, you're not going to go anywhere. You can hold the brake to make sure you're not moving, and the three wheels keep you balanced.

The beauty also on this is how easy it's going to be to mount and dismount if you have balance issues. So, you can just stand here, you can pull your leg off very easily, and getting on is easy as well. Couple of options, one, you can just step through, or two, if you can't quite even get your foot through, there are a couple of ways that make this very simple with the step through one. You could just put your foot here, slide on, and slide your foot through. Another option is actually, you can just go like this, and now this is something you couldn't do on a two-wheel bike. You can hold the brakes here, simply sit down on the seat, and then once you're on the seat, slide through.

So, that beauty is the bike is balancing itself. So again, if you have balance issues, you can really just spin any way you want. Now I don't have the seat tight there, so the seat moved a little bit, but we could tighten that down and that wouldn't happen. So, you could go here, again, you just come here, and you can also put the seat as high or as low as you like. That's totally up to you. The lower it is, the easier it's going to be to mount and dismount.

Now, in addition to that, what makes it, it's super easy to steer and turn. So again, if you're concerned about keeping the bike upright, a two-wheel bike and balancing is an issue for you, you eliminate the balance completely, and I'm just going to use the throttle, and you can just steer, and the bike is balancing itself. And notice another thing, this bike keeps me in a perfect ergonomic upright position, which is going to ease the pain on your body, keep your back nice and straight, so when you're done riding, you're not going to feel soreness in your muscles, and things like that. Now, obviously, you're going to give your body a little bit of a workout, so you may have some soreness, but it's not going to be a pain type of soreness, it's just going to be a good type of, "I worked out" soreness.

So, the other piece of this that I would say makes this great if you have balance issues, is the motor and the motor setup. Now, we've gone with a 250-watt front hub motor with a 10.4 amp hour battery. This is going to get you up to about 15 miles an hour with the throttle. You could go faster, although I wouldn't recommend it, and the battery's going to take you full throttle anywhere from, let's say 10 to 20 miles full throttle. Pedal assist, you're going to get anywhere from 20 to 40 miles. Now, it's a big range because it depends on the conditions, the weight of the rider, the load of the rider, and things like that.

Now, if you have balance issues, the great thing is it's a 250-watt front hub motor. You can get bigger motors, but my suggestion is, if you're dealing with balance issues, you don't want a huge motor on your trike because it's going to be too much power, and it's going to be jerky on the get-go. So, this is just enough power, it helps you ride. You can use the throttle if you want, I'm 215 pounds, and you can see it carries me with no problem. And so, just be careful if you're considering a larger motor, for the simple fact of sometimes you don't need it, and sometimes it actually could be more dangerous, especially if again, you have balance issues, adding more power is going to just make the overall experience a little bit more dangerous. So, something really important to consider.

Lastly, if you have balance issues, what makes this great is you have this big rear basket, and again, if you want to bring things with you, put it in a basket here because you have the two wheels in the rear, which is not going to affect the balance. In fact, if you distribute the weight evenly, it's going to weigh the bike down even more, and help it be more secure, even without weight in the back. So, if you plan on using your three-wheel electric bike for transportation and you have balance issues, it's great because you can still bring things with you, and not worrying about your balance being a factor at all.

So, I think that sums it up.
