Best ELECTRIC BIKE as Your First E-BIKE | BEGINNER E-BIKE

Hey guys, Dustin here, CEO of SixThreeZero. Today I'm going to show you the best e-bike to buy as your first e-bike, stick around.

All right, so today I'm going to show you the best e-bike as your first e-bike. Before I jump in, hit that subscribe button below, stay in touch with us here at SixThreeZero, be the first to know about all the new content we're putting out, new products, and of course the contests for giveaways of bikes, e-bikes, and accessories. So e-bikes getting so popular, blowing up. A lot of people are wondering what's the best e-bike I should buy? What's good for me? I'm going to show you today, what I believe to be the best e-bike to buy for your first e-bike. And there are a couple of reasons why. So this is our EVRYjourney electric bike. We have two versions. One is 250 watts with an internal battery. And this one is the rear-mounted battery that comes in a 250 watt or a 500 watt.

And I'm going to walk you through why I think this is the best bike to buy as your first e-bike. So this frame design is our best selling frame design in the company. It's a forward pedaling design. Now, what do that you say? It means that the pedals are moved forward four inches from the seat. Typically, pedals fall directly below the seat, but in this case, we've moved the pedals forward four inches. Now, what does that do? What that does is, it allows you to get your feet flat on the ground while still getting proper leg extension when riding. So if pedaling is still important to you, because, on our e-bikes, you can either do throttle or pedal assist. But if you think you're going to be pedaling a lot, this is a huge benefit to have the pedals moved forward because you can have your seat lower to the ground and feet flat on the ground, but still get ample leg extension when pedaling, because of the forward pedaling design, you're getting that extra four inches moved forward.

This is why this is our most popular bike in standard bikes and as an electric bike, it's also a safety feature. Why? because you can have the seat lower to the ground to still get ample leg extension when pedaling. So that means that your feet can be flat out on the ground and your center of gravity will be lower. So when you stop, you can thrust your feet down and be able to control the bike. On a typical bike, to get proper leg extension you have to be up on the balls of your feet. So you're here when you're stopping. That provides more danger and makes it less safe, as opposed to having your feet flat on the ground. In addition, it's more comfortable, a more relaxed position for your hips and your knees, less downward pressure. It really relieves the pain in the body.

In addition, you're going to be in an ergonomic position. No tension on the upper body, no tension on the arms, nothing has to be in a flexed position when riding very, very comfortable. But the key to all of this is really the safety. And again, these share the same frames, but they have different mountings for the battery, but that stopping ability and the ability to be confident when you stop being low to the ground, can prevent a lot of accidents. Because people can get their feet down and be unbalanced. I've seen it before where people break, they try to get their foot down their foot misses because they're too high off the ground. So this will alleviate all that. Now, in addition to that, this comes in two motor sizes, 250 watts, and 500 watts.

And this one just comes in a 250 watt. Now out for your first e-bike, it's up to you, how much power you want. I would advocate for a first e-bike, you start with less power to get acclimated. But the other option is you can also dictate how much power that you actually engage with the bike. So you have different levels. You could do level one, level two, level three, level four, level five. But if you're concerned about safety, concerned about power stick to a 250 watt, which would either be this one or this version in a 250 or 500. Once you get comfortable with the 250 watts, you could move up to 500 watts, but the power is no joke. And if you've never ridden an e-bike and at any point, you feel scared about riding an e-bike or the idea of having a motor scares you. I would say go with the lesser-powered motor.

So the reason I think this is the best e-bike for your first e-bike is you have the option with either motor size would work for you. Okay, so why don't we come in a little and I'll take you around the bikes and I'll show you specifically the forward pedaling and what's going on here. Now in terms of range too, you're going to get 40 to 60 miles with pedal assist and about 20 to 30 using full throttle. So for your first e-bike that's a great range. Can take you as far as you want to go. Now, if you want to see down here, this is the forward pedaling I'm talking about. The space right here is how the pedals are shifted forward.

In addition to this being your first e-bike, another benefit is these are like traditional bikes. Now, yes they have the motors on it, but the setup and the feel are going to be like a traditional bike, as opposed to some of these e-bikes out there. There are so many different designs, crazy setups. It may take a little bit of getting used to, whereas this is going to feel like a standard bicycle, which I think will be a more natural transition for most riders.

Now, between both of these, they're going to be the same. You're going to have a throttle here, which you can use or not use. You're going to have your pedal assist modes. You'll turn your battery on right here. And you have your battery gauge, your speed, your pedal assist level, and of course your odometer, and you can take this up or down. So I was saying for your first e-bike, this is great because you can gauge, or you can set the power level you want. So beginners or for your first e-bike start out in pedal-assist one, two, or three, and then you can work your way up as you get more comfortable.

And I think that pretty much sums it up. This one, very similar. We do have a different screen, but the premise is the same. Turn it on here. You have different levels. One, two, three, four, five, and you have a throttle. Now the beauty of both these as your first electric bike also is you can ride these like a standard bike or you can do it as an e-bike. These ride very similar to a normal bike without using the motor. Let me demo you real quick. You hop on, let me show you. I'm not going to turn the motor on, and I'm riding like normal.

So the beauty is how much it rides like a normal bike if you want it to be. Now, the last thing I forgot to mention, and I have my tape measure right here is the step-through height. So this is a step-through frame and you can see the step-through heights about 19 inches. So to easily mount and dismount, put your leg right through here. Same on this one. And the step-through heights, actually about 18 on this one. So a little bit lower on the internal battery mount, but the same setup. So the mounting and dismounting and having the step-through frame are going to make it even safer for your first electric bike. So that has a huge, huge benefit. Okay, so the benefit to is the low standover height. So on this one with the seat all the way down, the stand-over height, it's about 29 and a half inches.

And on this one, it's just about the same 29 and a half inches. So that's to have your feet flat on the ground is 29 and a half inches. If your inseam is 26 or 27, which I find with women about 4'11" or 5'. You may have to be up a little bit, but you're still going to be lower to the ground and have a lower standover on this height, on this bike versus most electric bikes. So it's great for shorter heights as well. And it's great for that safety. All right, so that sums up what I believe to be the best electric bike for your first e-bike the EVRYjourney internal battery Mount or the rear battery mount because of the step-through and the forward pedaling design makes this electric bike very safe for your first electric bike.
