All right. So, understanding beach cruiser bicycle sizing. So, beach cruiser bicycles, some comfort bikes, some hybrid bikes, are sized differently than a mountain, and specifically, road bikes. Let's talk specifically about beach cruiser bikes and sizing and how you would find the perfect size cruiser.

Now, in the beach cruiser world, you typically don't see different size frames. This is something you would see in mountain bikes and road bikes, where you're going to see lots of different frame sizes for different heights or different body types. In beach cruisers, you typically only have one frame size but you have different wheel sizes. Now, with that said, for adults, you would only see two wheel sizes, either 24 inches or 26 inches. And, typically, a 26-inch wheel beach cruiser will fit most adults five-foot to approximately six-four.

Beach cruisers come with more adjustable elements, including the seat height, the seat tilt, the handlebar raise, and the handlebar tilt, which is going to allow the bike to be adjusted to fit varying heights. So, with beach cruisers, the sizing is much simpler than it is on, says, mountain or road bikes where you have all these different frame sizes. The reason the sizing typically is much more simple on beach cruisers is because cruisers are not designed for performance, so you're not necessarily looking to get the max performance out of your body or your bike while riding a cruiser. What you're more so looking for is a certain level of efficiency, a cross between comfort and performance. But generally, since cruisers are more for recreation, light exercise, things like that, there's no need to have, you know, 10, 20 different frame sizes for this category of bike.

Now, when you're talking about road bikes specifically and performance is the thing you're trying to achieve, either a faster speed or longer mileage, sizing the bike-specific as possible to get the most output out of your legs is really, really important, and depending on how you're trying to perform... If you're racing in competitive races or you just like to compete with yourself and really increase your speed, the more you dial in the fit and the sizing, the better the output, the higher the performance. So, it becomes more advantageous to have a frame size and a wheel size that's really specific to your body type.

Now, with that said, on the cruiser side, there is a 24-inch wheel, like I said. So, if you're a grown adult and you're shorter than five foot or if you're in the five two to, let's say, four foot seven height range, you'd be looking at a 24-inch wheel. So, those are typically the only two sizes of cruisers you see, 24 inches and 26 inches. And, when you talk about sizing for beach cruiser bikes, you're talking about wheel size, not frame size. When you talk about sizing for mountain and road bikes, you're talking more so about the frame size. Mountain bikes, you talk a little bit more about the wheel size and the frame size. But road bikes, you talk most specifically about the frame size.

Now, in the comfort and the hybrid category, you will see both types of ways to talk about it. Some companies, like SixThreeZero, we offer a wheel size and then we offer adjustments and customizations that can be done on the bike to fit a varying... Varying height ranges. However, some companies do offer different frame sizes in the hybrid category. It really depends on the level of performance that you're trying to achieve. What's the goal of the bike? What's the goal of the rides? What are you really looking for? Do you prefer comfort over performance? At SixThreeZero, we are adding elements that are more comfort-related. We're not as focused on output performance because typically our bikes aren't used for racing or competing and things of that nature, so we don't do the sort of frame sizes that you'll see at a lot of the competitive levels.

So, in the hybrid category, you are going to see some companies that do wheel sizing, some that do frame sizing. But we're talking about beach cruisers today and for the most part, 98% of all companies that are making or producing bikes in the beach cruiser bicycle space are only sizing their bikes based on a wheel size. With that said, I have seen some adult beach cruisers that have had 28-inch wheels or 29-inch wheels. Very uncommon, but you're like... You're possible to see it. What you can find is different companies doing different frame sizes for men or different riding positions. Sorry, different frame sizes for women, too. So, some of our cruisers would have a 15-inch frame. Other companies may have a 16-inch frame.

But again, because of the adjustability of beach cruisers, specifically of SixThreeZero brand, the wheel size isn't going to matter much. You're going to be able to make the adjustments you need either at the handlebar or at the seat level to custom fit it to your body for the right comfort level.
