A Day in My Life with a Recumbent E-Trike | How This Electric Tricycle Has Changed My LIfe!

Hi, it's Jen! I've been riding my Sixthreezero Relaxed Body Recumbent E-Trike for a while now, and this bike has been a genuine game-changer. It hasn't just boosted my health and fitness; it's completely changed the way I run my errands. I want to share a typical day with my Sixthreezero Relaxed Body Recumbent E-Trike. Packed and Ready to Go


I'm all packed up for my workout and my errands. My basket holds my tennis rackets, water bottle, book, grocery bags, and ice chest. My plan for the day is to get a little workout in, head to the tennis court to hit a few balls, and then swing by the grocery store to pick up a few things for dinner.


I might look strong and healthy, but I’ve actually had a couple of back surgeries. That's precisely why I chose the sixthreezero e-trike. I needed something with:

  • Support for my hips and back while I pedal.


This bike truly makes me feel like a kid again—it’s just so much fun to ride! It turns boring errands into exciting outings. In fact, sometimes my husband even runs to the grocery store just so he gets to ride the bike! My Morning Workout

I'm about to set out on my day. Getting on is so easy—I can just pick my leg up and put it right through. I feel completely supported, and my hips are in proper, relaxed alignment.


Because the first part of my day is a workout, I'm not going to use my pedal assist mode right now. I'll rely solely on my Shimano gear system to give me the control and workout intensity I'm looking for. I can make it a little harder or a little easier. So, no pedal assist, just my Shimano gears. I'm ready for a workout! I'm going to take off and hit a few tennis balls at the park. Here we go.


I start in gear 4 on my Shimano system. It's still super easy, even without the pedal assist, but I'm getting that little bit of resistance and a great workout. It feels good! Switching to Pedal Assist


I just finished hitting those tennis balls for a while, and I am exhausted! But I still have to run to the grocery store to get dinner ingredients.

Getting back on my bike and leaving the park, I am definitely using pedal assist now because I'm worn out. I'm going to power up my battery and turn on the pedal assist. I'll start at level two and head to the grocery store. It's going to be so much fun because riding with pedal assist is always a blast.


Yes, the bike is totally helping me now! I'm still getting a little bit of a workout, but I have that assist. After my workout, errands, and a quick stop at the school, I finally made that run to the store. The Best Part: Throttle Home!


I have my groceries here, and some of it is cold—I've got to get home fast! And I want to tell you about my favorite part of the day.


When I'm on my way home after my workout and errands, I use the throttle. This baby goes almost 20 miles an hour! It's so fun. With these cold groceries, I need to get home. I'm about to hit it into full gear and ride home, having the time of my life. See y'all later!
