How do I return an item?
We will always do everything in our power to avoid any problems or complications with your order, but we also understand that certain things can unfortunately happen from time to time. We are still very confident that we will exceed or at least meet your expectations when you receive your sixthreezero bicycle. If something should happen to your bicycle during shipping or if something doesn't appear to be right, then we want to make it right for you as quickly as possible. With a little patience and understanding, we will make it easy and hassle free, so please contact our customer service for more information on returning an item or any other similar needs.
What if I purchased through Amazon and other 3rd party websites?
Amazonand other 3rd party website purchases are covered by the same standard warranty as long as the purchase was for a brand new sixthreezero bicycle from an authorized reseller. If you experience a problem with your bike, or wish to return the bike under our customer satisfaction guarantee, please contact us directly by phone. We will not be able to provide refunds, only exchanges in these situations. Return shipping will need to be covered by the buyer, and sixthreezero will cover the shipping for the new exchanging bicycle.
