How do I return an item?

We will always do everything in our power to avoid any problems or complications with your order, but we also understand that certain things can unfortunately happen from time to time. We are still very confident that we will exceed or at least meet your expectations when you receive your sixthreezero bicycle. If something should happen to your bicycle during shipping or if something doesn't appear to be right, then we want to make it right for you as quickly as possible. With a little patience and understanding, we will make it easy and hassle free, so please contact our customer service for more information on returning an item or any other similar needs. 

What if I purchase a sixthreezero bicycle and move to a different address?

Don't worry, we can still supply you with a domestic shipping label and get the bike returned for you if that is the case. 

What if I purchase a sixthreezero bicycle and take it out of the country?

Due to import regulations and the costs associated with international shipping, we can only issue a return label to the original address your bike was delivered to.

What if I purchased through Amazon and other 3rd party websites?


If you purchase from any other retailer other than www.sixthreezero.com, the 365 Day Test Ride policy will not be included with your purchase. Warranty service and repair is included on all of our bicycles regardless of the retailer where they are purchased from. However, the return policy of the site or business the bicycle is purchased from is all that will be available to you. 


Our 365 Day Test ride policy is a generous return policy that is only available through bicycle purchases direct through our homepage, www.sixthreezero.com. Our products are sold on various websites, such as Amazon, WalMart, Academy Sports, Bed-Bath and Beyond, Kohl's, as well as eBay. These 3rd party retail websites do not allow for such a lengthy return policy. This is why we encourage our customers to purchase directly through www.sixthreezero.com. 

A customer service representative is available for you from 9am - 5pm PST, Monday - Friday and will respond to any inquiries within 24-48 hours.
