Updated On: March 17, 2023

Kelly: Hi everyone. We're seniors, and we're going to tell you four tips about learning to ride an e-bike. Hi, I'm Kelly. I'm 62 and I'm riding an e-bike. And I have to tell you, as a first-time rider, one tip that is really important for me is to know that your legs, don't have to do all the work. You have this assist here, and just be aware, it gives you a little bit of a push and it's fun.

Mike: And I'm Mike. I'm 68, and my tip, I guess, would be to just trust yourself. Don't overthink it. You got it.

Armand: My name is Armand, and my tip is to make sure you get the right proper bike that's going to fit you, that's going to be what you need. You don't necessarily have to have just two wheels. You can have three wheels. Just something that's going to get you out there so you can enjoy it. This is so much fun.

Allison: And my name is Allison and I'm 70. And my tip is when you hit this throttle, it gives you a jolt. So be ready, but it's not bad. It's great. Gets you going.

Kelly: Well, there you have it. Those are our four tips for seniors for electric bike riding. Thanks for watching.
